Medu Vada is a well-known South India breakfast dish which is deep fried, however this recipe offers you with a more healthy model as these vadas are baked. 1 ½ cup Urad Dal, soaked
1 Inexperienced Chilli
1 inch Ginger
5-6 Ice Cubes

1 tsp Black Pepper
A pinch of Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Coriander, chopped
Soak the urad dal for half-hour (not)
