The star tops off the salad with a dressing that mixes balsamic vinegar, additional virgin olive oil, and mustard, and infrequently pairs her greens with grilled rooster, fish, or stuffed eggplant.
At 4 p.m., Zeta-Jones says she brews up a cup of her Casa Zeta-Jones espresso, which she usually pairs with a scone topped with clotted cream and jam.
At 8 p.m., Zeta-Jones sits down for dinner, which often consists of a salad and an animal-based protein. "On this salad at evening, I really like fruit. I all the time chop up an apple and throw it in a salad. In fact, I really like avocado in a salad, too. I might put oranges in my salad, figs in my salad. I really like that combo," she says.
Zeta-Jones says she steadily pairs this with a chunk of rooster, fish, or a filet mignon with shiitake mushroom sauce.
To finish the day, Zeta-Jones says she'll typically bask in a little bit of dessert, too. "I really like desserts…I am simply an enormous ice cream lover," she says.
