Laddoos are a ubiquitous Indian dessert – spherically formed edible balls constituted of a wide range of elements reminiscent of besan or gram flour, boondi, dry fruits, desiccated coconut and so forth and are popularly relished across the country.

Amaranth seeds, generally referred to as Rajgira, are a powerhouse of nutrients and protein, in response to the professional. *Roast 1 cup of amaranth seeds for five minutes on a low flame.
*Add 2 cups of water to the combination after the seeds are toasted.
