For the sauce; Use remainder of chili, garlic & ginger, 1/2 toasted sesame seeds & brown sugar, combine with remaining lime juice right into a paste, slowly add mango juice and chopped mango. Season with Worcestershire sauce
Marinate hen and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, take away and sprinkle remaining sesame seeds and sugar over hen.
