The right fast and wholesome dinner to make at residence
INGREDIENTS
- 8 itsu vegetable fusion gyoza
- 1 crimson pepper
- ½ crimson onion
- 4 tenderstem broccoli
- 1 small courgette
- Soy sauce
- Olive oil
- Coriander
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Lower the broccoli in half lengthways and finely slice the crimson onion, pepper and courgette.
Step 2
Pan-fry the gyoza as per pack directions.
Whereas the gyoza are cooking, put your wok [or another frying pan] on a medium warmth and add some olive oil.
Step 3
As soon as sizzling, add the onions and pepper and fry till they begin to soften. Add the broccoli and courgette with a number of dashes of soy sauce and fry for an extra 5 minutes, stirring ceaselessly.
Step 4
As soon as the broccoli is tender, plate up your stir-fry veg and high with the pan-fried gyoza.
Step 5
End with a splash of soy sauce and a few recent herbs.
